If we subsequently agree to purchase memorabilia from you, we will subsequently collate your payment information. This information is solely used in order to pay you the mutually agreed price for the memorabilia. Following payment, your payment information will be deleted and will not be stored by us either digitally or in hard copy. If we agree further, subsequent deals with you, we will collate your payment information again, as it will not have been retained.
If we agree a deal with you, then a record of the agreed deal (which will contain your name, email address, the memorabilia we are purchasing from you and the agreed price) will be retained for our financial accounts and to comply with our legal requirements for the relevant tax year / tax submissions.
Non-Personal Information
Our website collects and records the following non-personal information from you:

- the date and time you access our site
- the pages you view on our site
- the internet address from which you linked to our site
- any search terms you used to find our site
