In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the We Buy Football Programmes terms and conditions. “Ourselves”, “Our”, “We” and “Us”, refers to We Buy Football Programmes. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the our stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Offering memorabilia
If you wish to offer us memorabilia that you would like to sell, it should be after you have checked our latest published Wants List. If, after checking said Wants List, you have a selection of items that we are interested in, we provide a link so that you can email us to provide specific details of items on our wants list that you have and confirm their condition. Without specific details of items you have, it’s very hard for us to assess if we’ll be interested and whether can make an offer. We will assess what you’re offering us and if interested, we may ask for you to send some photos so we can confirm the condition of items.
Offer Terms
All our offers are made on an individual case by case basis. If we are interested in items, we will send you details of the items we are specifically interested in, along with the offer we are prepared to make. Typically, our offers are valid for 24 hours, due to the number of items we are offered on a daily basis. However, your own offer will give exact details of the offer.
Items not interested in
Whilst we answer all emails that offer memorabilia, as clearly detailed on our website, we rarely stray from our published Wants List when making offers, unless you have memorabilia that is particularly rare or valuable.
Receiving memorabilia
If we agree a deal to purchase memorabilia from you, payment is only made once we have received the memorabilia and checked it against what we have agreed a deal on (both content and condition matches).
The opening of all memorabilia parcels is filmed, so that there is a record of package received, it’s opening to confirm the contents are as expected, contains all the memorabilia expected and it is in the condition advised. If memorabilia is received that is not in the condition advised or does not match the photos viewed during offer stage, we will not look to renegotiate the offer, but will merely reject the parcel and return to sender – postage costs would NOT be reimbursed in such instances.
Payment for memorabilia
Once memorabilia has been received and checked, we will then contact you for payment details – we offer to make payment via Bank Transfer or Paypal payment. The choice is entirely yours. We will make payment no later than 24 hours after you have provided payment details (often made within a couple of hours, but no later than 24 hours)
Disclaimer re loss / damage to memorabilia in transit to us
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to memorabilia whilst in transit. Our offer details will request goods are sent by Tracked and Insured Postage (we will advise service to use on offer). This provides protection for you and us. The tracking shows when we have received memorabilia. However, in the event of loss or damage in transit, the postal insurance will cover you against such loss.
Acceptance
All deals agreed with We Buy Football Programmes are subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed above – your full agreement to all our published terms is made as soon as you initially contact us with details of memorabilia you wish to sell.
We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time.
